Rally helps you find sports parks, organise games ("rallies"), and connect with other players. By using the app you agree to use it respectfully — no harassment, no impersonation, no using the platform to arrange anything illegal or unsafe.
You keep ownership of anything you post (profile info, chat messages, photos). You give us permission to store and display it back to you and other relevant users (e.g. squad members, rally participants) as part of running the app.
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of information you provide. If you host a rally, you're responsible for coordinating it — Rally is a coordination tool, not an event organiser, and is not liable for what happens at games arranged through the app.
Rally is a coordination and discovery tool. It does not book, reserve, own, manage, or control any park, field, court, street, or other location shown or selected in the app, and it does not vet, verify, or background-check any user you meet through it.
Parks & public spaces: creating or joining a rally at a park or public space does not reserve it or grant you exclusive use. Locations remain open to the public and may be occupied, closed, or unavailable when you arrive — Rally cannot guarantee access or availability.
Street Rally & pinned locations: some rallies use a location you choose yourself by dropping a pin on the map ("Street Rally"), instead of an official park. You are solely responsible for making sure that location is a legal, safe, and appropriate public place to meet — Rally does not verify land ownership, zoning, or permission to use any pinned location, and is not responsible if a pinned location turns out to be private property, restricted, or otherwise unauthorized for use.
Meeting other users: Rally connects you with other people so you can arrange to meet and play sport together. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct when meeting, communicating with, or playing with anyone you meet through the app, whether at an official park or a Street Rally location. Rally does not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or behaviour of any user.
No liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally and its owners/operators are not liable for any injury, loss, dispute, property damage, or other harm arising from a rally you create, join, or attend, from a location you or another user selected, or from your interactions with any other user, whether on or off the app.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
We may update these terms as Rally adds features (e.g. paid events). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
