Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it in the app

This takes effect immediately and doesn't require contacting us.

1. Open Rally and sign in.
2. Tap your profile avatar (top of the Explore screen) → Settings.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Type the confirmation phrase shown and confirm.

If you're currently hosting an upcoming rally, you'll be asked to hand off hosting or cancel it first — deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel rallies you're hosting for other people.

Option 2 — Don't have the app anymore, or can't sign in?

Email support@rally-up.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll action the request within 30 days and reply once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile — name, username, bio, avatar photo, sports/interests, gender, and saved location are wiped.
• Your email address is released, so it's no longer tied to Rally in any way and can be used to sign up again in future if you choose to.
• Your account is permanently disabled and cannot be recovered — this is not reversible.

What's retained

To keep other players' rally and squad history intact, some records that reference your account (e.g. that a past rally had 6 attendees) may remain — but only against an anonymized placeholder, never against your name, email, or profile. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on data retention.
